Refund Policy

This policy applies to readings purchased on Sajuly, operated by Leejihoon Holdings.
Immediate digital delivery
A reading is a digital product generated immediately upon successful payment. At checkout you expressly request immediate performance and waive any statutory right of withdrawal/cooling-off (including the EU/UK 14-day right) once generation has begun.
No refunds after generation
Because the product is delivered immediately and is non-returnable by nature, purchases are non-refundable once the reading is generated, except where a refund is required by mandatory consumer law.
If we fail to deliver your reading due to a technical fault on our side, we will re-generate it or, if that is not possible, refund you.
Chargebacks & disputes
Payments are processed by our active payment processor as Merchant of Record; chargebacks and disputes follow its procedures. We retain consent timestamps and delivery records as evidence in disputes.
