1. The service

Sajuly computes a Korean Saju (four pillars) chart from the birth details you provide and delivers an interpretive reading. The chart is calculated deterministically; the narrative interpretation is generated by AI.

Sajuly is a Korean Saju interpretation provided for self-reflection and entertainment only. It makes no prediction, promise, or claim about future events or outcomes. It is not, and must not be relied upon as, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Sign-in uses a one-time email magic link or code; you are responsible for the security of your email account.

You may delete your account at any time from the account page; see the Privacy Policy for how data is handled on deletion.

3. Purchases, immediate generation & refunds

A reading is a single one-time digital product. Payment is processed by our active payment processor, which acts as the Merchant of Record; your card details are handled by that processor and are never stored by us.

Your reading is generated immediately upon successful payment. By completing the purchase you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal/cooling-off (including the 14-day right under EU/UK consumer law) once generation has begun.

Because the product is delivered immediately and is non-returnable by nature, purchases are non-refundable once the reading is generated, except where a refund is required by mandatory law. Chargebacks and disputes are handled per the Merchant of Record's procedures; we retain consent and delivery records as evidence.

4. Accuracy disclaimer

The chart is calculated deterministically using a perpetual-calendar engine, historical timezone data, and true-solar-time correction; the narrative interpretation is AI-generated. Different Saju conventions can produce different outputs. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Acceptable use & intellectual property

You may use your reading for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully. All site content and software is owned by the operator or its licensors.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on a reading. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

7. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence still applies to you.
